Monthly Subscription Terms

By purchasing a monthly subscription plan with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Cut Off Dates, Prices and Subscription Details

Each subscription plan will contain a different amount of items each month – please refer to the monthly subscription product listing page for more details on the quantity of items that will be received.

The cut off date for ordering or cancelling a box is the 21st of the month prior – e.g the last date to order or cancel your August box is 21st July.

Payment will be processed and charged on the 22nd of each month for the following month’s box.

We plan to ship all subscription boxes the first week of each new month.

All subscription plans are purchased on a rolling basis so will re-new automatically until cancelled – cancel anytime via your account (cancellation cut off date for a monthly box is the 21st of the month prior) – e.g:

  • If you order the monthly subscription, you are agreeing to a monthly box and this subscription plan will automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
  • If you order the 3 month subscription, you are agreeing to 3 x monthly boxes and 3 monthly payments, this subscription plan will automatically renew every 3 months until cancelled.
  • If you order the 6 month subscription, you are agreeing to 6 x monthly boxes and 6 monthly payments, this subscription plan will automatically renew every 6 months until cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE – Any additional % discount codes used (such as brand rep discount codes) will apply to your first box ONLY – all following boxes will revert to the standard price for your chosen subscription plan.

In Summary, by purchasing a monthly subscription plan you are agreeing to the following:

  • You are entering the product commitment term you select (1 month, 3 months or 6 months) at the time of purchase.
  • You will be charged monthly for the relevant product cost for the relevant commitment term.
  • The subscription plan and payments being set up to automatically renew until you (or we, The Doting Dog Company) cancel the subscription plan.
  • The cut off date for ordering or cancelling a subscription plan is the 21st of each month – the 22nd of the month is your renewal date.
  • Payments will be processed and taken on the 22nd of each month (or the next working day dependant on the bank).
  • If you cancel your subscription plan mid-way through the commitment term, you agree to and understand that you will be charged for the remainder of the commitment term. E.g if you sign up to the 6 month subscription plan but cancel after 2 months – you will be charged for the remaining 4 months left of the commitment term.
  • Any discount codes used on our subscription plans will apply to the first month only, all following boxes will revert to the standard price for your chosen subscription plan.
  • The Doting Dog Company are not required to provide refunds or accept responsibility where you have failed to cancel the subscription plan ahead of the renewal date.
  • The Doting Dog Company will not change the monthly cost without first notifying you but we do reserve the right to change our pricing structure in future. We will honour the price you signed up to for the remainder of your commitment term but if we have changed our pricing and you allow your subscription plan to re-new past the initial commitment term, the new price will be charged following the auto-renewal unless you cancel your subscription.

Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

We will dispatch all orders within 3 business days (but normally sooner).

Please inspect all orders upon receipt to ensure all items are correct and none are faulty. Please contact us immediately if anything isn’t right so that we can investigate and get this resolved for you!

In the instance that you would like to process a return, to be eligible for a refund please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The products must be in the same condition as they were received, left unused in their original packaging with any tags left intact.

Postage costs for items will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please send the following details to hello@thedotingdogcompany.co.uk to start the returns process:

  • Order number
  • Items you’d like to return
  • Reason for returning
  • Photo of any damage if applicable

If your return is accepted, you will need to post the item back to us (we will send you the address) in its original packaging and condition – unused.

The original postage costs and return postage will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty). Please send your return via recorded delivery to ensure you are covered in the instance that the parcel is lost in transit.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days of the items being received by The Doting Dog Company (it may take longer than this to clear with your bank).
